1. Who Can Join the Bambini Dropshipping Program?
Bambini Layette is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier serving online retailers, established businesses, and qualified organizations.
Our products are available to approved businesses purchasing merchandise for resale or authorized distribution, including nonprofit organizations.
Applicants must provide the appropriate business registration, tax identification, or resale documentation required for their location.
Businesses operating outside California may also apply, including those registered under a DBA (Doing Business As).

2. Is There a Minimum Order Requirement?
No! Bambini Layette has no minimum order requirements for dropshipping.
Whether your customer purchases a single baby bib, a newborn outfit, or several gift sets, you can place an order without maintaining your own inventory.
We also do not charge additional dropshipping handling fees.
This allows online retailers to expand their product selection without investing in large quantities of inventory upfront.

4. How Does the Bambini Dropshipping Process Work?
Our dropshipping process is designed to be straightforward.
Step 1 – Register Your Business
Complete our Wholesale Registration Form and select the wholesale dropshipping option.
Step 2 – Receive Account Approval
Our team reviews your application and sends an email confirmation once your account is approved. Applications typically receive a response within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Step 3 – Access Product Information
Approved customers receive instructions for accessing our product data feeds, wholesale pricing, product images, and available marketing resources.
Step 4 – List Products on Your Website
Import Bambini products into your eCommerce platform or create individual listings using the product information provided.
Step 5 – Receive Customer Orders
When a customer purchases an item from your store, place the corresponding order through your Bambini wholesale account using your customer's shipping address.
Step 6 – We Ship Directly to Your Customer
Our warehouse prepares and ships the order directly to your customer. Tracking information is provided when the shipment is processed.

5. Do You Provide Product Images, Descriptions, and CSV Files?
Yes! We provide approved wholesale customers with product information and marketing resources to help them build their online stores.

6. We send email instructions tips for importing into Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or BigCommerce.
Approved customers receive instructions for accessing our Google Sheets product data feed and downloading the information in CSV format.
CSV files can help simplify product imports into Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce, and other compatible eCommerce platforms.
Depending on your platform, some formatting or field mapping may be necessary before importing products.
Please check your email, including your spam or junk folder, for account activation instructions and product data access information.
7. Do You Offer Real-Time Inventory Synchronization or an API?
Bambini Layette does not currently provide automatic real-time inventory synchronization with third-party eCommerce stores.
However, we offer an API for submitting new orders and retrieving shipment tracking information.
Our product data feed is updated periodically, typically when product information or pricing changes.
Retailers are responsible for maintaining accurate product listings, pricing, and availability in their own stores.
8. How Are Dropshipping Orders Shipped?
All dropshipping orders are processed as blind shipments and shipped directly to the delivery address provided with your order.
Bambini does not include promotional materials identifying us as the wholesale supplier.
We do not communicate directly with your retail customers. All questions regarding orders, merchandise, shipping, or customer service must be handled through the registered wholesale account holder.
This allows you to maintain the customer relationship while Bambini handles fulfillment.
9. Where Do You Ship, and How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Bambini Layette ships from our warehouse in Orange County, California.
We offer competitive shipping options throughout the United States and Canada.
Shipping charges vary depending on the package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier. We compare available shipping options to help keep fulfillment costs economical.
For U.S. orders, shipping may be handled through USPS or UPS, depending on the shipment.
Canadian shipments may be eligible for cost-effective cross-border delivery options.
Although we work with wholesale customers worldwide, shipping individual low-cost garments to destinations outside the U.S. and Canada is generally not economical.

10. How Quickly Are Orders Processed?
Most dropshipping orders are processed and shipped the same business day or the following business day, depending on when the order is received and warehouse activity.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays may require additional processing time.
Once an order ships, tracking information is made available so you can update your customer.
11. Can I Sell Bambini Baby Clothing on Amazon?
Yes. Approved wholesale customers may sell Bambini products on Amazon, provided they comply with Amazon's marketplace policies and all applicable product listing and safety requirements.
We recommend that sellers create and maintain their own authorized product listings rather than using another Bambini retailer's independently created listings without permission.
Bambini can provide product information and available UPC barcode details to help with listing preparation.
If you need additional unassigned UPC barcodes, please contact customer service to discuss availability.
Important: Amazon determines ASIN creation, product matching, catalog ownership, and Buy Box eligibility. A new UPC does not guarantee a separate ASIN or exclusive Buy Box ownership.
12. What Is Your Dropshipping Return Policy?
Bambini Layette is committed to customer satisfaction.
Returns must be initiated through our website and must reference the original order number.
General Return Guidelines:

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.

Products must be unused, in brand-new, saleable condition.

Original packaging and included materials must be returned.

Returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid.

Large returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Shortages, damaged merchandise, or order discrepancies must be reported within seven days of receipt.
Approved returns may qualify for a refund or account credit in accordance with our policies.
