We offer a google doc excel data feed that you can import into your website shopping cart system and when you get an order you place it directly on our site so we can ship it for you.

To place wholesale drop ship orders, we recommend using our website. This is to avoid mistakes and to get the order to process quickly since our system is automated. Orders print out in the warehouse so the guys can pull it and then when making the label, the software runs the card, emails you the tracking, etc.

Processing Time

Our order processing time is 1-2 working days.


Shipping Address
Please fill in the correct address and check it carefully, once your packages are sent out, we can not change the mailing address after items have posted in the mail.

Order Status and Tracking

Payment Pending Dropship means we have received your order and will be pulling the order along with creating the shipping label and tracking number.


Complete Status means:
You can see the tracking information on the order page.

Preauthorization Charge

We do not run your card until we calculate shipping.   It's only a pre-authorized amount.  It will drop off automatically when we calculate the shipping cost.    We had problems in the past with cards getting declined and having to chase down customers.    It's just pre-authorized for a % to verify funds.


About the out-of-stock items

We order thousands of products at a time, and we have enough inventory for 98% of them.

Our stocks are affected by the sales volume and season changes, sometimes we may not have the goods you have ordered.

For these out-of-stock items, we will give you a full refund or offer you a substitute option.

  

Refund and Cancelations

When your order is refunded or canceled successfully, you will receive an e-mail from us.

  

30 Days Return Policy

If our goods have any quality problem, you can get a full refund.

If our goods have no quality problem, but you are not satisfied with the material, color or size, you can send the goods back to us.

Once we receive the goods, we will give you a refund.

Before you apply for a refund,

You must include the Return Merchandise Autorzaiotn (RMA) form with your order number, product’s SKU, the item’s quantity, and the returning reason.
