A Children's Product Certificate (CPC) is created for each individual item.
Products such as bibs and blankets that do not contain snaps, zippers, painted components, metal parts, or any other accessories that could contain lead generally do not require third-party laboratory testing.
For example:

Cotton fabric products without added components typically do not require lab testing.

Products made with flame-resistant polyester or other regulated materials do require third-party laboratory testing to verify compliance with applicable safety standards.
