Shipping (freight) charges are based on the total weight of your order and the distance, zone or country your order is shipped to. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending upon the tax laws of the state to which an order is shipped.
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. We may use UPS, FedEx or USPS ground (overnight or 2-day deliveries carry an extra charge). Special arrangements can be made for international orders.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the entire order, or any portion of it, for a refund. You must notify us of your intention to return items within 5 business days from the date of the original shipment. You are responsible for the cost to ship the product back to us, unless otherwise instructed by us. All items must be in the same condition you received them, and must include a copy of, or the original packing slip.
Your credit or debit card will be credited for the price of the returned items (and taxes, if appropriate). This credit will not include any original shipping charge. Your credit will appear after we have received and processed your returned item(s) through our return procedures. Credit card companies vary in the amount of time it takes for a credit to appear on their customer’s records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.

Every product you buy from this website must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for replacement. All returns must be placed in the original box in which purchased. No CODs will be accepted. Please pay for the shipping of your returned items to us. We recommend for you to ship the items with insurance. This will protect your ability to receive credit on returned items that are damaged en route. Refunds and credits issued within 60 days of return.
